Vice President JD Vance is delivering the commencement address for the Naval Academy class of 2025.
His address is set to begin at 10 a.m.
The ceremony is being held at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Maryland. Vance is a Marine veteran who served a six-month stint in Iraq beginning in 2005.
