Retreat in Chorley New Road, Heaton, is on the market.
The restaurant has been open since 2009, with two other branches of it having since opened in Bromley Cross and Adlington.
Now, the Heaton branch is up on Rightmove for £3m, alongside the adjoining Newlands Business Centre.
Being sold by commercial estate agents Lamb & Swift, the site comprises the addresses between 315 and 325 Chorley New Road.
The 1.037 acre site also includes an attached three bed dwelling.

The Rightmove listing says: “Internally, there is a bar and restaurant areas with kitchen and storage.
“Externally there are some semi-permanent structures offering further cover and the ability to hire out for parties and social gatherings.

Regarding the Newlands Business Centre, it adds: “An extensive two-storey office building that adjoins the restaurant with car parking and basement storage.
“The centre has been successfully ran for the last five years as a managed business centre with both daily and longer occupational licences by the operators including offices, physiotherapy and other health related businesses.

Retreat’s management was approached for comment.
