Appeal – unprovoked assault in The Priory pub, Micklegate

North Yorkshire Police are appealing for information after a person was assaulted without warning in a York city centre pub.

The incident occurred in The Priory on Micklegate at approximately 6.40pm on Friday, December 12.

“The victim was taken to hospital for treatment following the assault,” said a spokesperson for the force.
