Bath run riot against Edinburgh but Champions Cup credibility takes another hit
Bath learned their lesson. Kick to the corner, maul, pick and go before Dunn barrelled over for the bonus-point try.
The game was effectively sealed but Edinburgh were at least more game at the start of the second half. They may have even dared to think that they had got a handle on the Bath set-piece. At which point, Bath simply turned to their forward masquerading as back in Cokanasiga. Ojomoh’s fizzing pass was on the money but the wing looked well covered on the touchline only to blast through three powderpuff tackles to score.
The same combination instantly combined again, this time Ojomoh pulled the ball back to Cokanasiga cutting a devastating line. The wing could easily have scored himself but unselfishly obeyed his captain Spencer’s instruction to pass inside. By now Edinburgh were waving the white flag as Arundell, Cokanasiga and Ojomoh each finished well to put an exclamation point on an emphatic performance.
