‘The Hitman’ tragically passed away in September, leaving the entire boxing world in mourning. After an inquest, it was confirmed that Hatton had died by hanging.

In memory of the legendary Mancunian boxer, Belfast native Burnett, who is a former world bantamweight boxing champion, will be running the Belfast Marathon while pushing a weight of 63.5kg – the weight Hatton won his World title at.
