Bolton weather forecast as snow falls in the borough tonight
Forecasters predict snowfall will continue throughout the evening, with wintry showers already falling in parts of the borough and in Ainsworth.

Though the flurries were light, they brought joy to residents young and old, adding a touch of seasonal magic and cheer as the festive period draws to a close tomorrow.

The forecast for this evening and tomorrow is snow until 9pm tonight, heavy in places, with temperatures feeling very cold with lows of -5 degrees.

A yellow warning for snow and ice will be in place until noon on Monday.
Temperatures tomorrow will struggle to reach one degree, with lows of -5 degrees but the winter sun will be out.
