A man was seriously assaulted on Christmas Eve, requiring hospital treatment

PSNI detectives are appealing for information following the report of an assault in the Sentry Hill Park area of Ballymena on Christmas Eve The incident was reported after a man walked into the area of Sentry Hill Park and was approached by a number of people. He was subsequently assaulted which left the man with injuries that required hospital treatment. Detectives are asking anyone who witnessed the serious assault, or who may have captured dash-cam or CCTV footage from the area which could help with their investigation, to call them in Ballymoney on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 1315 24/12/25.
