Fika Rivington reopens today after temporary closure
Fika, near the scenic Rivington Pike area, announced on Friday, January 2, that they would be closed “until further notice”.
They said this was due to an issue with their generator and they were “waiting on a part that isn’t easy to source”.

It was opened in 2022 and has been a much welcomed pit stop for those enjoying one of the most beautiful areas of the region.
The space that is inside the old public toilets has been renovated – a job which took owner Will Chambers, from Bromley Cross around four months to complete.
Serving coffees and other hot drinks, alongside a menu of cakes and paninis, the café has be welcomed by hikers on the popular walking trails.
