Fire, police, and ambulance called to crash in Hemingbrough
Firefighters from Selby – alongside North Yorkshire Police and the ambulance service – say they were called to Barmby Ferry Road, Hemingbrough at 6.43am this morning (January 18) after reports of a crash.
The incident involved a single vehicle, which had left the road and ended up in a ditch, with a casualty mechanically trapped inside.
“Crews used electronical cutting equipment to release the casualty and left them in the care of paramedics,” said a spokesperson for the fire service.
