ACE OF SPADES (3.10 Cheltenham, nap).
This solid hurdler never puts a foot wrong and ran another fine race in red-hot company at Haydock last time out. He saw out three miles there when finishing fourth in a big field and the handicapper has left his mark alone. He can continue to improve for the Skeltons.
KATATE DORI (1.25 Cheltenham, nb)
Ran well in the Coral Gold Cup at Newbury last time despite being left at the start.
He will enjoy this staying test and can score for in-form trainer Sam Thomas.
THE KALOOKI KID (2.15 Musselburgh, treble)
Always needs a run to get going and can build on his comeback fourth at Carlisle. His last visit to the Scottish seaside saw him win with plenty in hand and he still looks on a fair mark. He can win again with Nicky Richards going well.
