Horwich: police attend three car crash on roundabout

Officers were called to the collision on Chorley New Road, near to the The Crown pub, at around 4.40pm.

There were no serious injures reported.

One eyewitness said they saw a “white car on the pavement” that had been “quite badly damaged”, with two other stationary cars close by.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said: “At around 4.40pm today (29 December), officers responded to a collision on Chorley New Road, Bolton.

“Three vehicles were involved, but thankfully, no serious injuries have been reported.”
