Pictures taken at the HSBC branch in Newcastle city centre on Sunday, December 14, show ATMs sprayed with red paint, which is also sprawled up the walls of the bank.
The logo has also been targeted with paint as splattered red marks were left up and down the external walls of the bank branch near Grey’s Monument in the city, yards from the popular Christmas market.
