A WOMAN who lost 2.5 stone and totally changed her body composition has shared the three changes that left her looking snatched.
Denise Hamdan, from the US, took to social media to share her weight loss transformation.


In one clip, she said: “Here’s some underrated things that I did that nobody talks about that helped me get my dream body.”
“I ended up looking like way better than I thought I’d ever look in my entire life over the summer, and it was because I started doing this combination of things that I wish I knew sooner.”
Denise said that many people focus on lean protein such as chicken and turkey when losing weight, but she said the secret was to eat more beef.
“The gains you get from eating red meat is insane,” she said. “I think it’s because of the creatine content.”
Creatine helps your muscles produce more energy and build muscle, so it’s perfect if you don’t want to just lose weight but look more toned.
Denise also said that having rest days also helped her muscle growth instead of trying to work out daily.
She explained: “I would only lift like twice a week, sometimes three times a week and I noticed that I had so much more muscle growth when I just simply took a day off.
“I also had so much more energy to actually work out.”
Last but not least, Denise also swore by an animal-based diet, focusing on eating meats, less processed foods and fewer carbs.
Denise said: “I started doing the animal-based diet and the biggest takeaway from it was to reduce processed food. And it was also to reduce carbs.”
And it has clearly paid off, Denise showed a before and after picture of herself and the results were incredible.
Now, Denise was toned and defined with a tiny waist.
She added: “If you’re trying to figure out how to take yourself to the next level, listen to those tips.”
The clip of her weight loss transformation went viral on her TikTok account @denisehamdan with over 2 million views and 424k likes.
People were quick to praise her hard work, one person wrote: “Is you magical?? Tell me how.”

“I just stood on my kitchen island and applauded,” penned a third.
