I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! left viewers’ skin crawling after an utterly ‘brutal’ task.
The ITV reality series is well known for making the cohort of famous campmates face all manner of creepy crawlies, animal innards, and the most difficult elements of nature in order to put food in their bellies after a long day.
After a series of relatively breezy Bushtucker Trials, last night, Aitch’s challenge, Night Night Sleep Tight, saw him first blindfolded and then forced to untie a series of knots lying down while hundreds of insects and snakes crawled over every inch of his body.

Truly the stuff of nightmares, and yet as plenty of fans pointed out, the 25-year-old rapper handled it with a magnificent level of calm, eventually scoring an impressive 11 stars.
Keeping a poker face, his usual stream of banter and barely flinching when a couple of massive spiders trekked across his face – he brought unprecedented levels of composure.
‘Worst trial I’ve ever seen – wow,’ Sam Allsop Hall wrote on X.
‘Ant & Dec weren’t kidding was a nightmare watching Aitch going through all that trial, possibly most unsettling #jungletrial in the show’s history, my [heart] was racing for Aitch,’ Gary Hewitt echoed.
‘This is the best and most terrifying trial of this year. I’m not sure how Aitch was able to compose him. Bravo Aitch,’ Thomas Gardiner agreed.
‘Aitch for the win. That one was by far the most brutal!’ BT posted.
‘Serious props to Aitch, you know, that was truly horrendous (but how the trials should be). The spiders on his literal FACE made me sick,’ Hakuna Matata declared.
‘Catching up on #ImACeleb and Aitch having those spiders all over him might be the most painful thing I’ve watched in a while,’ Lily W shared.
The reason he lost a star is due to Alex Scott getting caught shaking salt into her and Jack Osbourne’s food after the pair were named the new chefs.
After that gutting blow, Jack announced a ‘contraband amnesty’ would take place, allowing campmates to surrender all contraband without further punishment before food would be delivered.
Shortly after, Shona McGarty revealed the large bottle of scented room spray she had been lugging around.
His horrifying trial is not the only reason Aitch is sparking up chatter during his time in the jungle.
Elsewhere, things are heating up between him and EastEnders star Shona as fans noticed the chemistry between the two.
People started shipping them even more after discovering reports that both were 100% single when they entered the camp, so could romance be in the air?
I’m A Celebrity airs every night at 9pm on ITV1.
