I’m A Celebrity star Jack Osbourne has opened up about the harsh side effects of his jungle weight loss
I’m A Celebrity’s Jack Osbourne has spoken candidly about the brutal physical toll of his weight loss during his time on the ITV reality show, disclosing he was left suffering and worried about malnutrition.
The 40 year old star, who initially rose to fame on his family’s MTV reality series The Osbournes in 2002, featured on Monday’s instalment of ITV2’s programme I’m a Celebrity... Unpacked to field questions from audiences.
Jack confessed that given the chance, he’d smuggle in a comfortable camping chair as he and his fellow jungle mates can no longer tolerate perching on the rigid logs due to ‘chafed backsides’ from their dramatic weight reduction.
When questioned by a viewer: “If you could sneak one thing into camp, what would it be?” Jack answered: “I think I would probably sneak in a really comfy camping chair.

“Although it would be next to impossible to sneak in because the logs are so uncomfortable, and as we’re all losing weight, we have no a**. And so we all just have bruised, chafed a**** from sitting on the logs.”
The celebrity also acknowledged that his “stomach muscles hurt” owing to insufficient food intake, reports the Express.
Another viewer named Paige enquired about his ‘finest memory’ thus far, to which Jack responded: “I think my best memory probably will be just laughing. Like I’ve laughed so much. My stomach muscles hurt, but that could also be malnutrition.”
Previously in the series, Jack experienced a clash with Loose Women personality Kelly Brook, 46, regarding cooking responsibilities – but despite this ‘row’, he maintains he gets on well with everyone. “Which campmate would fit in most with The Osbourne family?” Another viewer asked.
The star confessed: “The funny thing is, I think the reason why I get on with everyone is that there’s elements of everyone that I just feel familiar and comfortable with. So there really isn’t anyone that wouldn’t be able to slide in on a Christmas dinner and have a problem.”
This indicates that any celebrity could seamlessly join Sharon Osbourne, 73, daughter Kelly, 41 and the remainder of the clan for their festive celebrations.
This follows I’m A Celebrity fans voicing concerns about a striking alteration in Kelly’s looks, mere days after her jungle companion Lisa Riley similarly sparked unease.
Throughout Friday’s instalment of the ITV programme, audiences flocked to social media to remark on something peculiar around the ex-glamour model’s neck.
Whilst Kelly was chatting in the Bush Telegraph, alongside discussing her duties as camp cook with Vogue Williams, 40, and Lisa, 49, several crimson blemishes were distinctly noticeable on her neckline beneath her T-shirt.
Nevertheless, the celebrity hasn’t acknowledged these marks whatsoever. Numerous viewers swiftly headed to X to voice their anxiety regarding Kelly’s neck and theorise about potential causes.
One audience member wondered: “Why is Kelly’s neck all red? Is it bitten?” Another enquired: “What happened to Kelly Brook’s neck?” A third commented: “Has Kelly’s neck been bitten to shreds?” Meanwhile another supporter remarked: “That’s some rash on Kelly’s neck! Damn!”
I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! is broadcast daily from 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
