Katie Price ‘splits’ with boyfriend JJ Slater after two-year romance
KATIE Price has split from boyfriend JJ Slater, according to reports.
The spotlight had been on the pair’s relationship for months, but Katie, 47, hit back at split rumours over Christmas, posing in a happy family snap, alongside MAFS star JJ, 32.
However, it appears the festive folly couldn’t fix their issues and the two year romance is now said to have come to an end.
A source told the Mail: “Katie has had doubts for some time about whether JJ is husband material, but she hoped those concerns would fade.
“Instead, her fears only grew, and she’s now accepted the relationship will not end with her walking down the aisle for a fourth time.
“JJ was left disappointed and has already packed his bags and moved back to his home in Essex.”
The Sun has contacted reps for Katie and JJ for comment.
We exclusively revealed that the mum-of-five spent Boxing Day with clothes brand owner JJ’s family.
A group picture showed them smiling and looking happy, while days later another picture showed a relaxed JJ sitting with Katie’ son Harvey, 23, at a dining table.
Prior to the Christmas pictures, the pair hadn’t appeared together in social media posts for six months, since celebrating JJ’s birthday.
Katie addressed the split claims on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, in December.
She fumed: “I literally spoke to JJ two days ago about him coming to the Isle of Wight. I’m like, f*** off. Just because I have some things in my life private, it’s no one’s business.”
Katie and JJ began dating in late 2023, following her split from ex-fiancé Carl Woods.
She reportedly first reached out to him following his time on the E4 show, though he’d previously messaged Katie years before calling her “fit”.
There was no overlap between JJ’s romance with ex Ella Morgan.
In February 2024, the duo confirmed that they had begun dating after discovering an instant and undeniable connection.
Last May, Katie spoke to Celebs Go Dating expert Paul C. Brunson on an episode of his podcast, We Need to Talk, and discussed her relationship with JJ.
Paul told her she should feel “happy” and “free” with a partner, but Katie made a surprising admission and said: “I’ve never had that in any relationship. Never had any of them.
“And JJ, he’s the most kind, genuine, easygoing, chilled person. But do I feel my happiest and do I feel free? No.
“It’s not a reflection on him, maybe that’s what I need to change for myself.”
And months later, we revealed JJ was struggling with Katie’s difficult relationship with her exes, which led him to contemplate his own position in her life.
Further strain was added by his friends urging him to end things to avoid any negative future drama.
A friend of JJ’s told The Sun: “JJ always knew it wouldn’t be a quiet life with Katie when they started dating, but the recent attacks from her exes has rocked the boat.
“It’s made him worry about their own future and it’s caused a lot of tension.
“He’s trying to block out the noise but friends are warning him to dump her now before it’s too late.”
