Luke Littler and his girlfriend Faith Millar have faced online abuse since going public with their relationship, with the darts star offering supportive advice to help her cope with trolls
Luke Littler has won his second PDC World Championship title after another victory at Alexandra Palace but his girlfriend has had some online trolling since going public with the darts champion.
Littler lost the first set before blasting past 23-year-old Van Veen to lift the Sid Worrell Trophy. The 18 year old world number one and reigning champion has been in scintillating form this year, breezing through the first three rounds before dispatching Rob Cross, Krzysztof Ratajski and Ryan Searle to book a showdown with Gian van Veen in Saturday’s grand finale.
The teenager banked a whopping £1million in prize money, with the winners’ jackpot having doubled from last year’s grand prize of £500,000. Van Veen, meanwhile, will collect a cool £400,000 following his impressive run to the final.

Cycling legend and seven-time Olympic medallist Sir Chris Hoy came on stage to present Littler and Gian van Veen with their silverware. Dad-of-two Hoy is battling prostate cancer. Littler is now the fourth player in history to win back-to-back world darts titles.
Littler’s girlfriend Faith Millar was at Ally Pally to cheer him on. The 19 year old beautician from Wigan has been a regular fixture at major tournaments since the couple went public with their relationship last May, after months of insisting they were just good friends.
Millar was spotted in the crowd on Friday night as her boyfriend triumphed over Searle in the semi-finals, rubbing shoulders with celebrities such as singer Lewis Capaldi, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! winner Angry Ginge, and Sidemen members Harry Lewis and Ethan Payne. She also shared a pre-match kiss with Littler on stage, a ritual that has become a staple for the young darts prodigy.
After making their romance public, ‘The Nuke’ praised his girlfriend as she accompanied him Down Under for the Australian Darts Masters, reports Wales Online.
“She’s a lovely lady, Faith,” Littler revealed. “I think it’s sort of what I needed. I knew my mum and dad weren’t going to come. And as soon as I asked the question, she was like, ‘Yeah, I don’t think I’ll ever get the chance’. So, I said, ‘You can come with me.’”.
Yet having emerged as one of sport’s most recognisable figures following his meteoric ascent in the darts world, the teenager confessed he felt compelled to caution Millar about the scrutiny and hostility she would probably face as his girlfriend.
Acknowledging that the harassment the pair had endured from online trolls had “been tough”, Littler revealed: “Obviously, at the start of last year, I was always looking at the comments. And she’s been having a look [at the] negativity.
“But I just said, ‘They’re jealous. They wanna ruin us.’ I just said, ‘Just don’t look at it and just focus on what we’ve got’.”
Littler has encountered this situation previously, as his former girlfriend Eloise Milburn faced “vile” and “disgusting” abuse, predominantly because she was five years senior to the then-16 year old darts sensation. At the time, he implored the online trolls to cease their actions.
He had to intervene once more when Milburn was subjected to further abuse following their break up in July 2024. This occurred despite Littler being the one to terminate the relationship, doing so through a text message in what was labelled a “brutal” decision that allegedly “came out of the blue”, leaving his former partner heartbroken.
