M60 traffic stretched for miles after crash near Worsley

The crash occurred on the M60 anticlockwise near Worsley, with the outer lane closed at around 2pm at Junction 13.

The National Highways Traffic Alert Map stated that the incident was causing delays of at least 20 minutes.

The traffic was stretching back to Junction 10, near the Trafford Centre and until Junction 15, near Clifton.

The crash had been cleared by around 2.45pm, but the traffic delays remained until around 3.45pm.
