Metrolink users face disruption in trams this morning

Replacement buses will be put on for those travelling by Metrolink to Manchester Piccadilly Station.

Trams from Bury will terminate at Victoria, with no trams running through the station until 10am.

Services from:

– Rochdale/Bury will terminate at Victoria.

– East Didsbury will terminate at Exchange Square.

– Manchester Airport will run to Piccadilly.

A spokesman said: “On Sunday 23 November, from the start of service until 10am, no trams will operate through Victoria to facilitate track repair works.

“During this time, the Rochdale and Bury lines will terminate at Victoria, the East Didsbury line will terminate at Exchange Square and services from Manchester Airport will operate to Piccadilly.”

A bus replacement service will run between Victoria and Piccadilly.
