Ian Waller, head chef at Restaurant Pine, said: “It’s a real honour to feature among the 83 UK restaurants in La Liste 2026.

“Being assessed against restaurants from around the world, and those closer to home that we respect and admire, is incredible, especially being included for the third consecutive year.

“Listings like this recognise what we strive to deliver for our guests, and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone who helps make Pine a success.

“Thank you to all involved.”
