A number of cars were damaged and members of the public reported nearly being hit
Police have arrested a man on suspicion of dangerous driving after members of the public were nearly hit by a car. The car also failed to stop for police during the incident.
In a statement Cambridgeshire Police said a man in his 20s from Huntingdon, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, failing to stop, drink driving and being unfit to drive through drink or drugs.
At around 4pm Tuesday, (January 20), a car failed to stop for officers in March, and due to the manner of the suspect’s driving, a number of cars were damaged and many members of the public reported nearly being hit.
The arrested man has been released on bail while investigations continue until April 15.
