Police appeal for missing 79-year-old man from Bolton

There are growing concerns for James, who was last seen at the Mill Gate Shopping Centre in Bury at around 4pm on Saturday (January 24).

He is described as a white male and is 5ft10 tall, according to the appeal from Greater Manchester Police.

James was last seen wearing light coloured trousers and a grey hoodied jacket with red and white trimming.

GMP have issued the appeal on social media, along with a picture of James.

Officers are growing increasingly concerned for him and want to make sure he is safe and well.
