Smash N Bird, which specialises in seared smash burgers and their signature buttermilk fried chicken, first opened its doors in Portrush in early 2024.

Later that year, they expanded with a store in Derry opening in October 2024 and a third store in Cookstown in February 2025.

Their menu includes some popular favourites such as the Drunken Smash Burger, which is topped with a Guinness and mature cheddar fondue, bacon and caramelised onion ketchup alongside crispy onions.

Other menu items include wings, tenders, dirty fries and their famous Churros.

“But we are coming to Belfast very soon. We are still in the early processes, but we are looking to speak to experienced Kitchen Staff who would love to work with us.

“We are also looking for quality and experienced delivery drivers.
