Royal Bolton Hospital welcomes two Christmas Day babies
Staff at Royal Bolton Hospital were working hard over yesterday, Christmas Day, but the ones on the maternity ward got to see the miracle of life take place.
Lucky parents were given the most beautiful gift with the birth of their babies.

Baby Gracie Mae was welcomed into the world at 7.54am, weighing 3460g, or 7.6lbs.
She was joined by Baby Haider later in the day at 6.39pm, weighing 3000g, or 6.6lbs.
Rebecca Bradley, our Deputy Chief Nursing Officer, said: “Welcoming a baby into the world is always a special moment, but there is a magical feeling on Christmas Day.

“It’s a real privilege for us to be able to support families in Bolton and to be part of memories they’ll treasure forever.
“Congratulations to all of our new parents and families.
“A huge thank you to all of our staff who are working through this festive period to keep our communities safe and well.”
