Salmon fillets with Indian spices and coconut

Put 4 salmon fillets in a dish with ½ tsp ground turmeric, ½ tsp ground cumin, some seasoning, juice of 2 limes and ½ tbsp of the coconut oil or groundnut oil, turning the fish over to coat. Cover and put in the fridge, bringing it out about 20 minutes before you want to cook it.
