Court papers state that McFarlane repeatedly wrote online he was in the possession of explicit videos and photographs of Miss Wilson. The papers go on to claim that he posted a video online of the victim pole dancing.

It is also claimed McFarlane posted screenshots of private and sexual conversations between his son and Miss Wilson.

McFarlane, of Inverness, made no plea.

The case was committed until December 23.
