Spinning Gate employee retires after more than two decades
Lynda is a firm favourite among shoppers, launching the store when it opened in the centre in February 2023.
Lynda has held various roles within the PDSA charity, before taking on her current position as store manager in the Leigh shopping centre three years ago, with time working with the charity spanning 25 years.
Karen Cox, centre manager of Spinning Gate Shopping Centre, said: “Lynda will be sadly missed by everyone Spinning Gate Shopping Centre, including the centre team, our retail partners and our shoppers too.
“Lynda is a power of positivity and spreads kindness throughout every single day. We will all miss her care, her compassion, her enthusiasm, her laughter and the joy she brings to everyone she meets.
“It has been an absolute pleasure to have Lynda as part of our Spinning Gate family, her support and consideration for others are so special, something we truly appreciate and treasure.
“Thank you for the memories Lynda, we have loved working with you. Wishing you every success and happiness in your retirement.”
