Another product aimed at smoothing and brightening skin is the bee venom and placenta 24 carat gold ultimate creme, marked down from £750 to £95. These might seem like rather peculiar ingredients for a skin cream – bee venom is utilised to control muscle contractions and boost blood circulation, while bovine placenta protein boasts a high concentration of amino acids and vitamins.
A more affordable option is the Pink Diamond Magic Gel day cream, cut from £65 to £35. It’s been crafted as a daily moisturiser, containing peptides, niacinamide, and diamond powder to enhance elasticity, even out skin tone, and blur imperfections, reports the Express.
Rodial Outlet Winter Sale

The Rodial Outlet’s Winter Sale runs until January 9.
Customers could also snap up this Vitamin C brightening tonic, now reduced to £28 from £40. Formulated with lactic and glycolic acids to buff away dead skin and refine texture, whilst vitamin C illuminates the skin tone and vitamin B5 delivers a feather-light dose of moisture.
Should shoppers require an alternative, Boots is currently stocking the L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Anti-Ageing + Firming Pro Retinol Day Cream 50ml at £14.99, representing a £7.50 saving. Featuring retinol as its star ingredient, the brand claims this cream will “reduce the appearance of wrinkles and help skin achieve a healthy looking glow”, whilst a firming complex works to bolster skin elasticity.
Purchasers might also consider the Olay Anti-Wrinkle Firm & Lift Day Face Cream SPF15 50ml from Superdrug, presently available at £6, marked down from £12.99, delivering a 53% discount. Tailored for daytime use with sun defence courtesy of SPF15, it contains vitamin B5 and Niacinamide, a derivative of vitamin B3, formulated to enhance skin suppleness and elasticity through accelerated skin cell renewal.
However, customers of Rodial’s range of tonics, creams and gels have expressed their love for the effects. One customer shared: “I honestly could not imagine not having this product! Just love it! I use it [in the] evening, and actually [use] Retinol drops before washing hair, [with] pink diamond face mask in the morning, wow is all I can say. Just amazing. Works on neck, chest area – really works. Not sticky, absorbs easily, I really reorder time and time again! Go for it guys, little goes a long way, tempted [by the] the booster drops thing, but like to try first.”
Another, who purchased the Vit C Brightening Tonic, commented: “I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and my skin is so soft. Instantly brightens my complexion too, really impressed.”
Other customers left feedback as well, with one stating they enjoyed their Pink Diamond Magic Gel Day but found it didn’t last very long. They remarked: “Nice packaging, four stars as I used it only [for] the last 15 days.”
One customer who purchased the Bee Venom and Placenta 24 Carat Gold Ultimate Crème found it effective, albeit a tad expensive. They shared: “I have been using this for around three weeks now and have to admit l was sceptical about whether it would make a difference. After around two weeks of use l started getting compliments on how well l was looking and one person specifically said how great my skin looked. Whilst l would never pay the full price for it, l do think it’s worth the £95 l paid. I have since bought a second jar whilst it is still on offer.”
Another buyer, who tried the Retinol Overnight Gel, was thrilled with the product. They enthused: “This product is far better than the most expensive caviar creams. Rodial I am your new big fan. I can’t believe I just discovered you now. I am going to try every product!”.
The Rodial outlet sale continues until 9 January.
