The toilet had a flag sticking out of it that read “where do we go now!”

A toilet has been left outside Labour’s headquarters in Cambridge. The toilet was spotted outside Alex Wood Hall on Norfolk Street on Friday, November 28.

It is not known when the toilet was put in place, nor who left it there. The toilet, which was filled with stones, had a flag sticking out of it and was placed outside the door of the building.

The flag was painted with blue, red, and white stripes with the words “where do we go now!” on it. The toilet seat had been painted with the words “no trans segregation”.

It is thought this could be related to the Supreme Court Ruling from April 2025 that stated the terms “woman” and “sex” would refer to biological sex only.

Daniel Zeichner, the Labour MP for Cambridge, has been contacted for comment. The Cambridge Labour Party has also been contacted for more information.
