It’s part of a brand-new run of open-air concerts to Belfast’s legendary open air space
The first two acts have been announced for a new festival in Belfast next summer. The events are set to bring good times to Belfast city centre next year as part of The Summer Series at Custom House Square.
Launching in June 2026, The Summer Series brings a brand-new run of open-air concerts to Belfast’s legendary open-air space in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter. The first two acts confirmed for the new festival have been confirmed as The Kooks and The Beach Boys.
As The Beach Boys mark more than half a century of making music, the group continues to ride the crest of a wave unequalled in America’s musical history.
The Beach Boys – who have become synonymous with the California lifestyle and an American icon to fans around the world — will salute 60 years of Pet Sounds at Custom House Square on Sunday, June 21 as part of The Summer Series of concerts.

Meanwhile, British indie icons The Kooks are pleased to announce return to Belfast at Custom House Square on Saturday, July 4 to celebrate 20 years of their iconic debut album Inside In/Inside Out as part of The Summer Series of concerts in the city!
