Two young actors from Northern Ireland have landed dream roles in the world’s longest running soap opera.
Aodhan Fleming, from Lurgan, and Coen Carter, from Lisburn, recently flew to Manchester to make their on-screen debut on the famous cobbled streets of Coronation Street.
The pair will make their on-screen debut this Monday, December 8 in a special hour-long episode.

The boys got the parts in September, before travelling to Manchester to film their scenes as a pair of brothers.
Aodhan, 13 is playing a younger version of Ben Driscoll, who is played by Portadown actor Aaron McCusker. Meanwhile eight-year-old Coen is playing Aodhan’s brother.
This is not Aodhan’s first role, having also been cast in ‘How to get to heaven from Belfast’ on Netflix, which is airing February 2026.
Posting on social media, Pamela Cassells School of Performance where Aodhan is a student congrautlated him saying: “We could not be more proud of PCSP student Aodhan Fleming, who will feature on Coronation Street on Monday, 8 December!
“What a fantastic achievement for a young actor from Lurgan to feature on one of the world’s most iconic TV shows. What a show to be part of—an amazing milestone.”
