Andrei Kanchelskis back at Man Utd to have tour and watch training

The explosive winger was hugely popular at Old Trafford after arriving from Shakhtar Donetsk and helping the Reds end a 26-year wait for the league title.

Hugely influential, and exciting, the wide man was a key figure as our maiden Double was achieved in 1993/94, and was leading scorer in the following campaign, in what turned out to be his final season as a Red, before a shock move to Everton.

Andrei, who was joined by his son, also Andrei, had previously visited the Toffees, seeing their win over Nottingham Forest, but was also at his former home to see Ruben Amorim’s men draw 1-1 with West Ham United last week.
