Aston Villa can finish the year level on points with Premier League leaders Arsenal if they earn a 12th consecutive win by beating the Gunners away on Tuesday.

Unai Emery’s side came from behind to win 2-1 at Chelsea on Saturday, while Arsenal won in more comfortable fashion by the same scoreline at home to Brighton & Hove Albion.

Second-placed Manchester City, who visit Sunderland on Thursday, started Tuesday two points behind Arsenal.
