Anthony Taylor collapsed and required oxygen after suffering a knockout loss to former UFC star Darren Till at Manchester’s Co-op Live Arena on Saturday night.
The American boxer lost consciousness following the sixth-round stoppage in their DAZN Misfits boxing event.
Medical staff quickly attended to Taylor at ringside, administering breathing apparatus before he eventually regained consciousness and was given the all-clear.
The concerning scenes unfolded after Till secured his third knockdown of the fight.

Taylor has since broken his silence on social media, confirming his wellbeing after the dramatic incident.
“It’s all good, G. Motherf*****took an L like a motherf*****, I’ll be back,” Taylor stated on his social media account.
The American boxer remained defiant despite the loss, adding: “I’m all good, thank you for the love, support. Thanks for everybody who’s also making fun of me, I don’t give a f***.”
He concluded by declaring: “But at the end of the day, you can’t spell GOAT without AT and I’ll be motherf***ing back.”
Till dominated the contest throughout, demonstrating a clear gap in skill levels between the two fighters.
The former UFC star had already scored two knockdowns before the final stoppage in the sixth round.
The victory marked Till’s first success in combat sports since 2019, coming in what was his professional boxing debut.
The fight had originally been scheduled between Till and Tommy Fury, with Taylor stepping in as a late replacement.

Following his defeat, Taylor took aim at Tommy Fury’s withdrawal from the original matchup, stating: “Now we know why Tommy Fury pulled out.”
Till also seized the moment post-fight to issue multiple challenges, delivering a passionate callout in the ring.
The former UFC fighter targeted several potential opponents, including Jorge Masvidal, Mike Perry, Tommy Fury and KSI.
Fury has yet to announce his next fight or opponent.

Taylor had stepped in as a last-minute replacement for the bout at Manchester’s Co-op Live Arena.

The event also featured additional drama later in the evening, as KSI confronted former Chelsea and England footballer Wayne Bridge to promote their upcoming March clash.
