Darren Fletcher confirms he will be in charge of Man Utd v Brighton

Fletcher had explained to reporters before the Burnley game that all his efforts were going into the Turf Moor clash, after replacing departed head coach Ruben Amorim on Monday.

He was supported in the dugout on Wednesday by Academy coaches Travis Binnion and Alan Wright, along with former team-mate Jonny Evans, and attentions will now turn to the weekend’s clash at the Theatre of Dreams.

Tickets for the third-round tie are available, as United begin our FA Cup campaign against the Seagulls, who we beat 4-2 in the Premier League earlier this season.
