Toney Facing Uncertain Future
On the field, Toney is preparing for busy couple of months. After 18 months with Al Ahli, the striker has been linked with a move back to the Premier League where he scored 36 goals in 85 for former club Brentford.
After shining under Thomas Frank, the 29-year-old has now been linked with a move to Tottenham under a boss who knows exactly how to get the best from him.
With just a matter of months until the World Cup, Toney faces an uphill battle if he wants to be in the fold, A return to the Premier League would undoubtedly offer him the chance to challenge once again, but a deal to bring him back would not be cheap.
