Every Tottenham Hotspur Player’s Wage [2026]
Much has been made of Tottenham Hotspur’s lack of trophies in recent times. It’s no secret that the club from the white half of north London has never won the Premier League, but it is incredible that they have won just one trophy since 2007, when they beat fellow English club Man Utd in the 2025 Europa League final.
But it cannot be said that their boardroom bosses have not splashed the cash over the years on a) transfer fees and b) weekly wages. It’s just their investment has failed to pay dividends when you take in their lack of silverware over the years.
Now under the watchful eye of Thomas Frank, they’ll be hoping to add more silverware to their trophy cabinet with the help of the several new arrivals who all bank big money. Here is how much everyone in Tottenham’s senior squad is making throughout this campaign.
Goalkeepers
Vicario earns £75,000-per-week
Guglielmo Vicario, upon signing for Tottenham in the summer of 2023 from Italian side Empoli, had the onerous task of filling Hugo Lloris’ boots. A five-cap Italy international, the imposing glove bearer has been a welcome addition.
Udine-born Vicario, despite being the club’s number one option between the sticks, earns much less than plenty of his teammates in north London (more on that to come) but he still takes home a healthy £75,000-per-week.
Elsewhere, Antonin Kinsky, who joined from Slavia Prague in the 2025 January transfer window, earns £30,000-per-week. Spurs’ third-choice goalkeeper, Brandon Austin earns £15,000-per-week. The 27-year-old has played just three times for the club he joined all the way back in 2007.

Defenders
Micky van de Ven among Tottenham’s lowest earners in defence
Cristian Romero is often lambasted for his crunching tackles and lack of control, but the Argentine, revered as one of the most expensive centre-backs in football history, has become an ever-reliable presence in the heart of Tottenham’s back line since joining. He earns a cool £195,000-per-week, making him one of the highest-paid centre-backs in the Premier League.
Romero’s partner in the middle of Spurs’ defence Micky van de Ven earns £90,000-per-week, while Spurs’ backup centre-backs, Radu Dragusin and Kevin Danso, pick up £85,000 and £65,000 every seven days respectively.
In the full-back positions, Pedro Porro and Destiny Udogie make £85,000 and £75,000-per-week, respectively, while the seasoned Ben Davies – albeit not a starter this season when everyone is fit – earns smack bang in the middle of those two figures.
Djed Spence, who has emerged into one of Spurs’ key players in recent times and is now a full England international, earns £40,000-per-week.

Midfielders
Maddison earns £100,000 more than his midfield teammates
Tottenham made a splash in the 2026 January transfer window, with Conor Gallagher joining the club in a £34m move from Atletico Madrid. He put pen to paper on a five-and-a-half-year deal worth £200,000-per-week, according to the Telegraph.
By virtue of being Tottenham’s creator-in-chief, with him feeding Dominic Solanke and the like, James Maddison earning £170,000-per-week makes sense. It’s not unfair to say that he’s still not fully found his feet since the move – but his talent is not in question.
Joao Paulinha, who joined Tottenham on loan from Bayern Munich for the 2025/26 season, earns £135,000-per-week. Time will tell whether Spurs make the move permanent.
Rodrigo Bentancur, formerly a key cog in Juventus’ engine room, the Uruguayan (when fit) provides Frank and co plenty of control in the middle of the park and gets paid handsomely – £75,000-per-week – for doing it.
Archie Gray has been unable to play his favoured position – central midfield – as much as expected thanks to injuries, but his maturity has endeared him to the club’s faithful following. He earns the same amount as Bentancur.
15 Best U21 English Players in World Football (2025)
With Jude Bellingham, Kobbie Mainoo and Archie Gray, this list of young England talent is stacked.
That’s £5,000 more than that of 37-cap Senegal international Pape Matar Sarr. Gray’s weekly take home is also £20,000 more than what midfielder Yves Bissouma earns.
The future of the north Londoners’ engine room, Lucas Bergvall, has perhaps played more than expected since completing his high-profile move in the summer of 2024. Equally progressive as he is combative, he was rewarded for his talents with a £60,000-per-week deal in April 2025.

Forwards
Tottenham won the race to sign highly-rated Xavi Simons in the summer of 2025. He signed a five-year deal worth £195,000-per-week deal. Mohhamed Kudus, also signed for big money last summer, earns £150,000-per-week, the same amount as PSG loanee Randal Kolo Muani.
Dominic Solanke was chosen as Harry Kane’s replacement in the summer of 2024 but he hasn’t done as well as the club would have hoped. At the time of writing, he has scored 16 times in 49 matches. Spurs would have been hoping for more from a player they pay £140,000 every seven days.
Dejan Kulusevski, widely viewed as one of the best players to be born in 2000, is also among Tottenham’s highest earners. The Swede earns £110,000 every week and, at the time of writing, is contracted until 2028.
15 Best Strikers in the Premier League [Ranked]
Erling Haaland, Matheus Cunha and Alexander Isak all feature as the 15 best strikers in the Premier League right now are ranked.
Richarlison, who has been in and out of the team in recent years, earns £90,000-per-week, while Mathys Tel, Wilson Odobert and Dane Scarlett are not paid as handsomely with them taking home £55,000 and £40,000 and £15,000-per-week, respectively.
