“He had to be carried upstairs from his seat in block 123 to be able to have CPR performed on him, his watch went missing when he was moved and we desperately want it back.”

Jamie shared a picture of himself and his father at the London Stadium.

He also shared a snap of the missing Rolex, which has sentimental value for the family.

“Please can anyone associated with West Ham, as well as anyone else that wants to help get this sentimental bit of jewellery back to our family in this tough time please RT,” he added on social media.

The watch that vanished is a Rolex Submariner.

Jamie reported the lost watch to the Metropolitan Police, but is yet to receive a positive update.

The family believe thew watch vanished when he was carried to a flat area of the ground for the paramedics to work on him.

They are not bothered by how it came to be in someone’s possession and merely want it back.

The family have also said they aren’t seeking any repercussions on whoever has it and are hopeful that somebody will come forward.

Jamie’s message on X has so far been retweeted by more than 17,000 people.

It has also been liked 90,000 times.

Jamie posted on December 16 saying his father wore the watch ‘every day’ and it would mean ‘so much’ to have it back.

A fan said they were sitting behind Jamie when the tragedy struck and that they didn’t see the Rolex.

Jamie replied: “Thank you, I wish I could say I remember your face but I don’t recall many unfamiliar faces in that moment, my only focus was my dad.”
