    I can not bend my knees to squat down. It feels like my skin is tight and won't let me bend!

    I’m 54 and this wasn’t too difficult for me but at the same time, was really able to eliminate some of the soreness from exercise!

    Oh this short session makes me want to do more stretching and exercise it’s helped me relax and I feel less stiff on my shoulders and my tight and other muscles all over. 😅I really like the baby pose 😅!!

    my body was hurting from the very first exercise and i realised how much i have let myself go. i feel like a complete novice and even basic instructions faze me. i will come back to this workout and nail it tomorrow. if not then the day after. for once i don't want to quit

    Recently, I realised just how stiff my legs were thanks to working retail and standing for 9 hours a day.

    Be careful, I do not even think I have stiff muscles bc I move a lot although I did beginner versions of exercises and everything was ok until middle of the night when I started waking up because of horrible pain in my arm🙃 Today is my second day on painkillers because without them I can't even lie on my bed and relax
