10 min WEIGHTED ABS WORKOUT | No Planks | Light Dumbbells



A 10 minute WEIGHTED ABS WORKOUT on the beach that will sculpt and strengthen your core. There are 10 different moves with intervals of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. There are NO PLANKS in this workout so it is easy on the wrists.

All you need is a set of light dumbbells and a mat. If you don’t have dumbbells at home, you can either go without or use filled water bottles. So let’s get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

EQUIPMENT:
– Set of Light Dumbbells (3-5lbs)
– Mat (optional)

    Love this core workout! Using weights & your reminders to be slow & controlled with your movements is very important! Years ago I had a vertical c-section & my nerves never regenerated. I don't have much control of my abs muscles. Slow movements & focus are a must for me to get results. Thanks for all your workouts!!!!
