I have mild degenerative disc disorder in my neck.
It affects my left shoulder, arm and hand. I need to do this more often cause I sit for long periods of time everyday. Sometimes looking at a laptop screen or a phone. I love your channel! I've been practicing yoga for fr about 10 yrs now. Since my hip replacement surgery not as often. But I always watch your videos. Always so helpful!

I love this neck & shoulder relief yoga! But I always get a laugh at the 2:23 mark where she says "Your neck can return back to its natural place in Hell." (She is actually saying "inhale" but it always sounds to me like "in Hell" 😂🙃🥰

My neck does feel less stiff, but now I feel very "locked up" almost inside my collar bone which I've never had before. I can hear it pop when I roll my shoulder. I don't know what I did wrong? 😞
