Are you ready to sculpt your upper body? This is the workout to put on repeat to help you do that. We will target back, biceps, triceps, & shoulders . In this workout, we will be isolating each side by alternating each exercise, completing the move 1 side at a time, and we will hit 2 rounds of each in this beginner workout.
