WORKOUT DETAILS

🏋️ Equipment: 1-2 sets of dumbbells (I’m using 30 lb /13.6 kg dumbbells + 50 lb / 22.7 kg dumbbells for heavier sets.) You can get away with one set of dumbbells if needed. Mat is optional.
