» 15 MIN DUMBBELL GLUTE FOCUSED Workout πŸ”₯ – Do This To Grow Your BOOTY πŸ‘



This is a 15 min dumbbell booty workout that targets your glutes and hamstrings. This is beginner-friendly if you’re new to using weights. However, that doesn’t mean this workout is going to be easy.

This is a follow-along workout with rest times included. Feel free to add a resistance band to the front squats and the sumo squats if needed. Please do each rep with proper form and take your time! really use that mind to muscle connection.

If you don’t have dumbbells use 2 gallons of water and hold the handles. Each gallon weighs about 8lbs.

  10. Yall listen, I’ve gone through a lot of these workouts 😭 THIS ONE IS SO GOOD, YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE THE PUMP RIGHT AFTER. If you want an extra pump tho, do a workout right before this one. IT WORKS!!
