As I type this description, I can feel my back and bicep muscles (YAY!) from this workout yesterday! 🔥😬🎉 Don’t skip a workout because you think you don’t have enough time, this upper body workout will provide you with one heck of a muscle blasting burn anytime you can squeeze in 15 minutes!

The only equipment you will need for this workout is your dumbbells!

To make the most of this workout, focus on good form, go at your own pace, take extra recovery when needed, and of course go heavy enough!

This is only 15 minutes so we are going to dig deep and make it count!
