    Hayyy doc eto ang araw araw kong nararamdaman sa may balakang.. nagsimula lang to nung nag walis ako ng paligid.. malawak kasi winawalisan ko.. bumagyo kasi nun at napak rami kalat talaga ko lang magisa.. simula nun di na nawala sakit ng bLakang ko.. almost 2 years na din un😢

    I dnt understand..disc herniation exercises are suited with flexure but not back extentension exercises as per some physio literature I have read
