Follow-along and enjoy this full body dumbbell workout! It will help you build muscle and strength using compound movements and a slow to moderate tempo per rep which will ramp up calorie burn post-workout. This training targets the whole body including your legs (hamstrings, quadriceps and calves), glutes (glute minimus, glute medius and gluteus Maximus) it also targets your chest, arms (shoulders, biceps and triceps), back and core (abs).   9. I am homeless right now and I'm doing your workouts. I refuse to allow my current situation to get in the way of taking care of myself like I always did when I had a home.

    I'm trying to rebuild myself financially after losing so much by making and selling my handmade Totes, pouches, etc. Hopefully I can obtain another home šŸ” in 2025.

  13. Is this also good for men? I'm currently obese and I kinda pay some attention to my leg joints. I did this workout just recently and in my opinion i can actually follow it till the end. Though I'm quiet slow in the stepping jack and W curls

  14. Terrific workout. Wonderful variety and all of the exercises really hit the mark. I did everything somewhat slower and only finished half of it, but I was careful to concentrate on good posture and form for each routine. It left me feeling good and like I had accomplished something, which I had! Thank you for sharing your gifts.

  15. Love the exercises, consistency, and consideration you put into creating each workout video (standing, knee safe, etc.). However, is it possible to maybe use instrumental music? I'm tired of the exercise pages using these hopeless romantic songs. I would rather hear nothing than to keep hearing sis beg for her man to notice her.
