I enjoyed this 20 minute workout. Loved the NO lunges and squats. I had complete ACL Replacement & Meniscus restore. Per PT I have to limit my squats & lunges.
Would lovecto see more work outs with out Squat or lunges. I have a bad knee love your work outs.

Yes Please, more without Squats, Lunges or jumps. I was able to do this routine even though I have serious knee issues, yet it was not easy for me.
