» 3 Stretches For Your Lower Back



In this video I’m going to walk you through my three favorite stretches for your lower back.

And these aren’t your typical back stretches like touching your toes or child’s pose.
They are 3 of my favorite dynamic stretches, meaning you’ll not only get more flexible but stronger at the same time! The lower back is surrounded by muscles on all sides, so we’re not just gonna stretch the lower back by bending forward. These 3 stretches are going to stretch the muscles of the front side of your torso, the backside of your torso, both sides of your torso and even help open your hips. I hope you give each of these 3 stretches a shot!
