    Ya this is very healthy and rich of protein but egg york is full of bad cholesterol. 3 york daily is enough to heart attack

    I can do better for 290, but I get that people might want the convenience of a sandwich or an egg on toast but essentially they're empty calories. Use one egg.

    Optionally then, replace the toast with a small/med sized grilled potato or sweet potato.

    You could also use various spices to change the flavor of the potato.

    Turmeric cajun spice, red pepper or paprika.

    Every oz is 30 calories. That means you can have a small potato for 60 Cal and a medium small potato for 90.

    Or you might want to consider hummus or tzazoki with wasa.

    Pack some fresh or baby spinach or romaine underneath those tomatoes.

    Drizzle with balsamic reduction, or olive oil and lemon, just enough so it doesn't get soggy.

    Add 1-2 whole strawberries or two slices of thin garnish of orange, or a quarter segment of tangerines or tangerine.

    You can also garnish with a sprinkle of sunflower or Pepita seeds on the greens and tomato.

    You just ate the same amount of calories, vastly increasing your vitamin c, higher fiber to fill you up longer, stabilize your blood sugar and many more healthy mufa fats, which keeps you healthy, as well as tantalizing your taste buds with something sweet to hit every bud.
    We're all working on the same team so that's not to upstage, that's opt optimized version, this is really pretty though. And when you're on the go and you want a snack pack size lunch, this is very convenient.

    Just a consideration to mix it up on occasion.

    I'm a big fan of substituting root vegetables or winter vegetables even squash, or cruciferous vegetables, in lieu of bread.
